Fish Tacos
As I sat in my apartment on an especially cold and wintry weekend in Brooklyn, I naturally drifted back to warmer days of summer. Visions of hot sand, strong margaritas and fresh seafood danced through my mind as I pictured myself sitting on the beach in Montauk, a book in one hand, a cold beer in the other.
My wife and I have been going out to Montauk for years, as we have generous friends with a nice little condo situated right on the beach between Amagansett and Montauk. There we get to play in the sand, relax and enjoy some of the best seafood the Northeast has to offer. From lobster rolls to baked clams to fresh fish, everything tastes better out there.
